"Nancy, we would like to take this opportunity to thank you for all your help in making the purchase of our condo become a reality. From the very beginning when you began sending us property to preview via email, we knew we were in good hands. By the time a trip to Sarasota was planned, you scheduled visits to five properties in our price range we had selected as possibilities to purchase. When none of those properties worked for us, you suggested that we think about increasing our price range for a greater selection, but you did so in a most gentle and respectful manner. In retrospect, you probably knew from the onset that we were slightly off the mark when it came to what we were expecting within our price range.
